Return Policy (Apparel)
• You can request a return within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and bill copy.
• Return shipping charges must be borne by you. Use a cost-effective courier or registered post.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method (shipping charges deducted) after the product passes quality check.
• No returns for custom orders, surprise tees, or items bought during special offers.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, email us at contact@fullyfilmy.in with photos for assistance.
• If the package is tampered/damaged on delivery, please refuse it immediately.
Replacement Policy (Accessories)
• Replacements are allowed only for items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit. Send photos/videos to contact@fullyfilmy.in within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.
• If unavailable, you can choose a refund (minus shipping) or exchange for another product.
• Mugs, calendars, notebooks, posters, and phone cases are not eligible unless the wrong product was sent.
• Replacements are processed and shipped in 5–7 working days after approval.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by you.
Wrong / Defective Product
• Email product images to contact@fullyfilmy.in within 24 hours of delivery.
• We’ll arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.
Cancellations & Refunds
• No cancellations once an order is placed.
• For canceled/eligible refunds, the amount will be credited via the original payment mode within 7–10 working days.
